Helping You Find Success Through Therapy

Feel Like It’s Time to Make a Change in Your Life, But Can’t Seem to Find a Way?

There are several psychological issues you can experience that may be best helped with the help of a therapist. Therapy can address depression, anxiety, grief, feelings of loss or isolation, and work and career issues. The goal of therapy is to give you the skills and strategies you need to cope with challenges in your life.

Treatment Approaches

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is directed at present-time issues. The way you perceive situations, think and feel impacts your reactions. CBT focuses on problem solving and changing unhealthy thought patterns to improve how you respond to difficult situations. A CBT approach can be applied to a wide range of mental health needs and conditions.

Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT)

Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) is a way of thinking about the trauma and how the trauma has influenced their beliefs about the world, themselves, and others. In CPT, you will provide a narrative of your trauma along with the thoughts and feelings associated with it. We will work together to identify false beliefs from the narrative, challenge them and gain control over the impact they have on your life.

Coaching

Coaching is specific, non-diagnosis driven solution-based guidance and counseling to alleviate stress, cope with challenges, adjust to life transitions and make desired choices in your personal or professional life. Coaching focuses on using your inherent strengths, natural resources, and the mind, body, spirit connection to motivate and empower you to live in your authentic self.
